Our shelters now resemble islands...

Our shelters now resemble islands, surrounded by some very saturated ground. 

Our staff was zooming around this morning, checking on the horses to make sure everyone had adequate shelter in the heavy wind and rain. We were happy to see all the horses sharing space so their friends could stay dry. Blankets are holding up well, and all horses have a place to get to where their hooves can dry out a bit. It's going to take a while for us to dry out, and we may get wetter before that happens!
